Q: Is this cotton microfiber or polyester microfiber?

Checked my wife's. It's polyester.

Q: Is the inside as soft and comfy...without big bulky scratchy seams? I was bummed when I found one like that in a store...defeats the whole purpose!

The inside is the same as the outside, in other words its one piece of material. The seams are inside but I have not felt them and they don't seem to be an issue of comfort.

Q: Can you roll the sleeves up easily?

Its a very soft velour but is also fairly thick. The sleeves do roll up very easily both on you and off. They get a bit bulkier the more you roll them up but with the softness and elasticity of the fabric its not a problem. This really is a nice soft and cozy warm robe. My wife loves it.
