It is only 8 ounces so as a guess, 4 to 5. **Q: Can you pour this is in a foam bottle versus use it in a machine or would it not work?** A: Yes you can use a foam bottle. It works best with a machine how ever. I've done both. I will say one not a fan of the one hour.
