Lots of plastic included in this kit! The tape is strong and sticky, we had no problem using it on our wood frames. Our windows are VERY drafty, almost like there is no window there at all. We cleaned the wood mouldings first and put the tape on the outside of the moulding (1/2" flat space), adjacent and perpendicular to the wall, so the wind wouldn't push off the plastic. We cleaned the sills as good as possible, and first layed down a layer of clear packing tape for the double sided tape to stick to, then applied the plastic and wrapped the sill again with packing tape over the plastic. Seriously.. the wind blows up the plastic like a balloon, lots of pressure, and it's always windy where we live by the water, this technique works to keep the house much warmer.

I am insulted by the presumptuous arrogance of Frost King V75H Shrink window Kit. This is, in my opinion, not a complete product because it requires additional hardware / equipment. A hair dryer type device is required to properly complete installation of this product. selling an incomplete product is lazy and shows the company's stance of minimal effort & corner Cutting to maximise profits! This equation does not add up to me. products that require the use of anything other than what is contained the box and is all inclusive is an absolute insult to the customer I understand the concept of Batteries not included but to assume that a person that bought this has the product accessory before hand or if not to assume that a person has the finances to buy add-on parts for your product is beyond me. If a man bought this product he would also have to buy a hair drier Why must this single man buy above and beyond what this product is. Because the product line is sub standard and is inadequate to do the job that it is advertising it self having the ability to do or be. This is an absolutely Thoughtless product and the incompleteness of this product line reflects the shallow position of this company not caring what other hoops the consumer might have to jump through to to complete your product once it is off of the shelf and in the consumer's home. In some situations Frost King doesn't even stand on its own two feet. You sold me the bread, why cant you include the Baloney too? a man cannot live on bread alone.

A very good product that has done what it is made for. It worked well and held up all winter. No complaints about this one.

This products seems to be the better on the market for its purpose. I bought other product only be disappointed. Will buy again if there is a need. Product came on time in good order. Installation was fairly easy. I just wished they made it in 3'x 7' lengths. Waste is a concern

Still the best heat shrink I've used but used to come in a 2 pack for less money. Biden's economy.

Good product

First of all I did not receive a double pack as shown in the photos. It was just a single pack but I didn't realize that at first because I was anxious to finally get rid of the horrible drafts coming in my windows. For that reason alone I'm returning it. However before I realized this I did attempt to use it. The tape does not stick. At all. It doesn't even go on in the same direction you see in the pictures with the printed side out. You have to put it backwards. The printed side was the sticky side. The whole thing makes no sense. Then you think you got it on there and within seconds it's just all falling right off. I bought several of these types of kits over the years and I have never seen the tape just literally drop off the window frame. I don't know if it's the brand because I've never bought it before or this is a defective kit or what but it's a big no for me.

Tape didn't stick to any of my window frames. As soon as I started using my heat gun to shrink the plastic so it doesn't rattle the tape peeled off the window frame. Worthless. I'm currently replacing plastic on 9 windows. Horrible waste of time and money. Will never purchase this brand again.

The product works and once you apply heat it becomes almost indetectable. It really works at significantly blocking drafts, although won't get rid of them entirely. You will definitely notice a reduction in your heating efforts.The one caveat is to buy double sided tape separately. The included tape eventually comes unstuck to your window surfaces.

me gusto mucho este producto, es muy fácil y rápido de usar.

Tengo una ventana de herrería muy básica y vieja que por más que tapábamos las juntas seguía entrando muchísimo viento. La colocación no fue TAN sencilla, pero a pesar de no haber quedado perfecto funciona muy bien, se sintió el cambio inmediatamente. Espero que sea duradero, por el momento, recomendadísimo.

Excellent. Had it up all winter and just took it down. Stopped the draft completely and really helped insulate. You cannot see it once it is shrunk.
