Love it!!!
Have been doing exercise dvd,s for some time now, have all of davina(cept pregnancy ones)but am relatively new to dance type dvds - never thought i would be able to do them, not very co-ordinated at all! I started with the vicki binns one which is fab, that gave me the confidence to try others. I love this one, have only done it once all the way thru - have done 1st two sections twice now. Warm up is good, gets you into the moves to come, aeroburn is good, but challenging for me which is good, the dance is brill - one day i think i may master all the moves lol!! - boxing i found very hard, used to davinas but this is more upbeat, much quicker, so quite challenging - cant wait to master it. toning is good, thorough but not too exhausting! cool down - wasnt sure at first, but second time found it better - think with anything once you know the moves you get more benefit with it - this is definetly worth sticking with and loved the music - recommend to all - I am 50 this week so its not just for the young!! Stick with it.

Really good workout DVD!
I searched for ages for a workout DVD as usually I find them boring but I needed one to do at home. This one did not disappoint! I did not get bored as there are the different sections and you can select some of them or do all of them. It really feels like it is working as two days later my abs are still hurting! I found this interesting and wanted to do the whole workout. I also liked the music, (one of the reasons I chose a Ministry of Sound DVD). I am now looking for another DVD of the same thing but different music to mix it up a little. It is really good value also.

easy to follow
I had the recommendation after reading reviews from the 60 Seconds Promise dvd. Strangely enough, eventhough the workout sure was longer - 20 minutes as oppose to 10 minutes for 60 Seconds Promise, I didn't break a sweat.I do like the lady instructor in the dvd though as she gives you the moves before you actually do it (while the rest of the crew continue with the workout making me not feel that I have missed out) and she has clear instruction on how many sets to go so I just do it without even having to watch her.Not amazing but OK if you are too lazy to go to the gym on a cold morning.

Boxing to music - really enjoyed
I did this a few times and then took up kickboxing. Love the combination of dancing and boxing. It's a good work-out that's fun. I'd say medium intensity. It's easier than insanity, similar to the original pump it up, harder than hip hop abs.

*** some part quite good - def work up a sweat ***
After getting bored of my Rosemary Conley DVD (well not bored but just wanted a little change, something to get me working up more of a sweat!!) and after reading many reviews on different DVDs, I opted for this one. I really enjoyed the music, makes it alot of fun. I prefer the warm up section on RC (Rosemary Conleys) think it is a more indepth, steady warm-up that gets you prepared for a high fat burning workout. The one on this one I didnt really enjoy. What I love is the high fat burning section! Love the music and MOST of the moves!! Theres a few I couldnt do and so did my own thing instead. Really do not like the boxing moves, found I had a creak in my neck/shoulder after trying to do these moves and so decided to make up different moves at these parts! I was definately sweating big time by the end of it!! I prefer the warm down section in my RC DVD.. I would like to ad that I am in my 30's and yes got a couple of stone to lose but am quite good at exercise DVDs (and dancing in general - or so I like to think!! lol!!) and so could pick up most the moves no problem. If youre not used to dancing/dance exercising or have 2 left feet! Try a RC DVD first which will really get you used to basic moves/steps!!

Great fun
This is just brilliant. I work out less now than I used to (I've been exercising for about 15 years and age and work has been sapping my energy recently) and have put on a little weight in the last two years. I wanted to re-energise myself with some fun moves to good music and this hits the spot. The moves are pretty simple, the music is fun, it gets my heart rate up quickly and the dancers are inspiringly beautiful (one more lunge and my legs might just start to look like theirs!)I think this is excellent, and I might just get fit again :)

Great if i had the time
I bought this to try and lose weight, get toned etc..have tried others in the past but they bore me so as i love to dance i thought this might work.It is a good workout and the music is good, keeps you movin and dancing round the room..your definitey sweating after a while..very hard work to start but if id have kept at it there def would have been a noticeable improvement. But with two young kids i never get peace to do it sadly.
