These tourniquets are an affordable alternative to some others I have used. They work great and are easy to operate. I ordered these for training kits for the Stop the Bleed class, and they work perfectly for that.

It completed my First Aid Kits.

It's exactly as was advertised and came in a timely manner. I would buy from this company again.

These are very cheaply made and should not be trusted in a life or death role. I bought them for training as they are much less expensive than "real" TQs. On the positive side, they look great and would be good for airsoft, cosplay, etc. but please don't trust them to save a life. I gave them one star because they are listed as "life saving", a job they are not up to, but as a training aid or costume prop, they are five star.

I’m a paramedic and I purchased these tourniquets for use in a compact bleeding control kit. These tourniquets will NOT stop a life threatening bleed. The plastic retainers are too flimsy to hold the level of pressure needed to stop arterial bleeding. I returned them and bought better models.

These are NOT real North American Rescue CAT tourniquets. These counterfeits are known for breaking at the windlass preventing them from tightening down and securing properly to stop bleeding. These very well could get you killed. Buy the authentic ones. Do not cheap out on things that are meant to save your life in the worst of situations.
