I was having back pain when using a bench to do hip thrusts and using this has been perfect! No more back pain! It's super lightweight too and can be used as a bench for some upper body lifts.

It's perfect for hip thrusts, Bulgarian Split Squats, incline push ups and ab workout amongst other things. Very light weight and stores easily.

Item was advertised as new but what I received was a used exercise box with damaged foam and a defective zipper. Super disappointing. Returned.

I think this is an overpriced item for the home gym. This is taking up precious space. You can use any bench for the same purpose as this. Sure it's a nice idea but I don't think it's actually useful. I would pass on this in the future and go with an adjustable bench in it's place. Gives much more flexibility and usefulness.
