Good for the job
I got this item to minimise the amount of vaping that i do. It was very good but people kept asking where my dog was as they thought it was a whistle :) But i didn't mind i just said the dog is deaf.. Would buy again.

Don't buy this. It's just a metal tube. Get a metal straw, it'll do the same thing

Pointless, get a straw
Was expecting to have a bit of a pull when sticking through it, but there is nothing that helps this feeling like smoking/vaping. Putting my finger over the end to reduce the hole makes it better, but surely that should be part of the design. The necklace is also pretty crappy.
