The media could not be loaded.  I bought the one for your head when I saw it pop up on an add. I used to use a corn bag in the freezer when I had severe headaches or migraines. But they pick up smells from my freezer and can be hard to keep on while getting into comfortable positions. The headache ice pack worked PERFECT and was comfortable and stayed in place. It was so good that I ordered all 5 of the other ice packs in this line because my husband and I are in our 40s now. I have upper body joint pain and he has lower. It’s comfy and easy to put one on any joint and go about your business without it restricting your movement. These can be used cold or warmed in the microwave, however, mine Al live in the freezer. I haven’t tried them warm. The ONLY con in my eye is that they don’t stay cold for as long as a regular ice pack, but I think because you can wear it more easily, you probably get as much targeted ice to where it needs to be in shorter time. It also cools back off faster in the freezer, so I still think it’s a win!

We purchased these to help with shin splint recovery. They each come in their own bag to prevent odors seeping in while in the freezer. My daughter says they are comfortable and easy to put on. They were a good product for the price. Some other brands were twice the price. Since they are so affordable, we bought two, so she can wear on both legs at the same time.

Post knee surgery in both knees, these sleeves work great! They hold the cold and transfer it it into my knees in about 15 minutes and I feel so much better.

This is a great reusable and flexible cold pack for the knees. Could even be used for elbows if the sizing is correct. I found this too be a little looser than the typical sizing. I received a medium and found that it sagged down while standing up or even needing to walk a little bit. I would have liked it a little tighter to provide some more compression on an injury along with the cold. Other than that, it is great quality with no flaws. It is a simple neoprene like covering with a cold/heat activated gel inside. I found that it needs about 2 hours in the freezer to provide enough time for cold therapy, did not need to heat it up since I was using a dedicated heating pad. Definitely helped with providing some relief for achy knees.

Works well, nice and cold but the first time opening it, I sniffed it and it smelled like literally puke.
