2nd brushed deployant clasp I have ordered for a watch. Very pleased with quality & style

Functions as expected, but is a little bulkier than I would’ve thought. Fit and finish seem OK, however the latching mechanism gets a little sticky and could’ve used a little more refinement. Might just be manufacturing tolerances on the one I got, or could be design, but as long as you firmly press us the buttons it’ll eventually open. Overall I’m happy with the purchase, but would be looking at a different brand for my next butterfly clasp.

I installed this on my Citizen Avion watch. This is a nice brushed metal look and it believe it's the only one on Amazon that's brushed metal. The buckle is very sturdy and it's not sharp at all. It's very comfortable for all day use. To point out the sturdiness of the buckle, I ride a motorcycle and with the vibration of the handlebars the watch stays on my wrist with no issues. The watch doesn't come with a tool for the spring but if you have a thumb tack it'll work. I highly recommend this buckle. It definitely keeps from always having to flex the leather strap to buckle it on standard buckles.

Mechanically, it’s a competent clasp. It’s one of the few with a brushed finish, and the profile is nicely understated on the wrist. That said, the edges are quite sharp, and comfort is a concern over time. I’ll keep it as an experiment with a low cost strap, but I’d look elsewhere if you want something more refined.

There are few leather bands on Amazon with deployment clasps. After watching a few YT videos, I ordered this one to fit a hand-tooled band I already have and love. The clasp doesn't come with the little fork tool to remove the old/install the new clasp easily, but I managed with a tiny flathead screwdriver and needle-nose pliers. Just go slow, under good light, over a contrasting surface, preferably a towel to contain the tiny pieces. The tapered watchband end fits on top of the installed clasp so still uses the band keepers.

This is definitely worth the money installs easy feels great easy to fasten and adjust now time will tell how it wears being that it’s Black I’m hoping it won’t scratch easy

I love these clasps and i love the brushed on them! The quality of the material is great and i have bought 5 now, to throw on all my straps! I wouldn't really pay attention to the bad reviews of them being too clunky or that they hurt. They fit great and are slim for what they are meant to do. The only thing preventing me from giving it 5 stars is after buying a couple, i had two ship in with qa issues. This hasnt deterred me from ordering more!

Had more than a few of these at this price range and this is by faar the best one. Firstly its well machined so no sharp edges rubbing/digging into your skin (a big issue with most of the others) the Clasp itself locks into place with a very satisfying and reassuring click. I'm currently using mine on sub £1,000 watch on a cowhide strap and its just as good as the one that came with the watch. Punches way above its weight for the price would deffo recommend. I might have gotten lucky with a good batch though so double check yours when it arrives.

I was very skeptical first because of other reviews showing sharp edges. This made me go through the product once received. First by eye then by moving my fingers all around. After installation which is so easy and trying it on I found it to be perfect and very comfortable to wear. The quality of the product and the durability is outstanding, very reliable and it’s problem free. Highly recommend.

took a while to arrive, quality is ok with a bit tarnishing on the buckle surface because of the finish. 22mm is a bit wide and have gaps between straps. So, just ok.
