I am very happy with this hand truck. I had previously purchased a different brand which could not handle the weight of 2 bank boxes files with files. I needed a sturdy hand truck that could handle the weight of at least two bank boxes filled with files. I needed a good metal solid one which this is. The last one was of plastic and could not easily go up and down stairs. This one can easily go up and downstairs and I do not feel like it's going to break on me like the last one. I highly recommend this for someone that needs to cart boxes back and forth and does not want to hurt their back. Very happy with this purchase and I was lucky to get it on sale! Cost me less s than the other hand truck that was not sturdy. Folds down. Nice and small so it's easy to put in your car.

I loved this. I used to do alot of deliveries as an independent contractor in my personal vehicle. Only occasionally needed a dolly or a hand truck, but when I did need one I definitely needed it. But itbwas not something I wanted to have in the car taking up a whole bunch of space all the time and this was a perfect solution. It was so cool to do I loved it. Everyone who watched me to do a loved it. Perfect for anything for it a few months and definitely got plenty of yours out of it and then one of the wheels you got stuck and looking forward in and out with the rest of it anymore. Messed with it myself a whole bunch and maybe if I would have contacted support I would have been able to find some way to fix it but sadly I wrecked my car and it got repoed so I lost it anyway but at least I lost it after it broke or else I would be really mad about losing it. Directions were terrible. Only a microscopic diagram provided for assembly. No words other than part identification. Manufacturer could have spent another dime and provided step-by-step instructions.

This dolly / cart is very awesome in that it is light weight aluminum yet meets an industrial level. Storages away easily. Rolls around well with large wheels. The handle grips are great in that you feel secure holding them. The 800lb payload it incredible for the size. Upright or flat I'm able to move the weight of the world with an easy amount of effort. For the price it's worth the investment ... it's worth its' weight. - Hipbone

The product seems fine enough for the price, but I received it with the box basically falling apart and smashed up and when I went to put it together, I discovered that I was missing the bar that goes between the wheels to keep them attached to the main piece of the dolly… so, I tried reaching out to Vevor to try to just get the one part sent to me without having to figure out how to ship this thing back but have yet to hear back from them… so, I have this useless thing taking up space and I can’t really easily ship it back because the box was destroyed in shipping.So, I am just going to give this 1 star for now, since it’s not useable for me.

It’s a great product but it won’t lock in the upright position. The weight of the back wheels won’t make it stay locked.I kept the dolly because everything else is working great and it’s super durable. I purchased small Velcro ties to secure it because it was already put together and I needed it for my move!!!

This is the best dolly I have ever used. Upon opening the box I quickly inspected everything to see if it was all in the box, I was delightfully satisfied. Even had a few extra washers and nuts. Putting it together was relatively easy once you study the instruction diagram. Ease of use is extremely impressive. Two rubber inflatable wheels for the main mode and two solid rubber wheels for the extended mode. I recommend using a flat or half round file for any minor flaws that may have occurred during manufacturing like paint around bolts holes or things of that nature, just cosmetic. Other than that, just an outstanding, well designed and quality assured product that I would give ten stars if I could. Ladies if you want to give the man in you're life a quality product for a very reasonable price this is a option!

This literally saved me during my move. Like the ability to carry like 4 big boxes when they are 50 pounds each was amazing. I cannot recommend this more if you're moving or just need to keep something handy for moving heavy stuff

I admit it fell over handles facing down but stopped locking in upright position ever since and also cut my finger be careful of sharp edges

OMG! Best ever item on a Friday. Arrived very quickly and way ahead of time. So grateful as I am moving soon to Calgary. Wanted something sturdy to cart my cat carriers from the car to hotels. Love that it came assembled for starters, easy peasy. Very sturdy and quite impressed. Will be buying from this supplier AGAIN! This is the ONE guys.Will also use for carting stuff and groceries.A true GEM!Deb

The box were beaten and opened. Surprisingly no scratch nor dent on item.

We were unable to use the hand truck as an upright dolly as the latch to secure its position did not hold.

Couldn't even put it together.Missing a nut to secure one of the screws to the handles. This wasn't a big deal as I can find a nut somewhere.However, when the handles are secured, either holes on the main part is drilled to low or the handle's frame was cut too long as the 2 wheel cart locking mechanism was able to close to lock it in place. No choice but to return the cart.
