This is a size 16 ft trampoline. It took a little bit to build ,but the concept is straightforward and easy to comprehend . Better if 2 people build it. Make sure the hols on the bars are sticking out not in or you'll have to take it apart and reassemble lolIt's safe, studry and can hold over 1200 pounds. It's very stable as it comes with anchors to anchor it into the ground but we got 6 bags of cheap dirt or sand as additional weight to hold it down. We all jump.on it as a family. Great performance and has a basketball hoops and a ball!so fun !

The kids love the trampoline! It was easy to put together with clear instructions. The base is sturdy and though we tell the kids not to lean against the net, the net actually does hold a lot of weight when they do. The kids used it daily all summer! Great product!

Very nice trampoline, kids love it ! . But listen to me when I tell you when the directions say it takes 2 people to put together listen to them , heck if you can have your whole family help caues your going to need them lol . It takes hours and lots of hands to put together. Once it's together it's wonderful it is just getting it there . Your going to need alot of time and alot of Patients. If you have neither I don't recommend or I atleast recommend hiring someone to put together for you and save ur self the Migraine you will receive if you try it solo .

First off the item came sooner than expected which was great. Everything was packaged well in the box and no damage to the outside. Unfortunately the spring cover had a tear. After contacting the seller they quickly responded and sent a replacement. It took a couple hours for my husband to put this together, but the directions were easy to follow. We ran across a couple of issues, one the string to hold the net down was not quite long enough, but fixed that with a few zip ties. Second the ladder holes don’t quite line up for the steps. The top lines up no problem but the bottom steps don’t match up. My 9 year old son is very happy and has already given it a good test run. It is very sturdy and has a good bounce. The basketball goal is a great addition and attached very sturdy. I am happy with this purchase and would definitely purchase from them again.

Purchased the 16 ft. It is sturdy for its size. Had a mixup with the net. Customer service was great to get it resolved. All legs are not black like in the first advertised photo. Best tip when putting together make sure to place the poles with the net fastener opening to the outside or you will have to redo all poles.

This trampoline was fairly easy to put together.(as easy as any other trampoline 😂)My kids love it and use it just about everyday! Our last trampoline had a “soft” basketball goal, they much prefer this “hard” one! Size is great for a family with 4 kids!

Great product, AMAZING customer service!!We bought this trampoline for our children for Christmas & finally had nice weather to put it together for them on a warmer day! It comes with step by step instructions and was pretty easy to put together! We used one wind stake while trying to figure out where to move it in our yard permanently and unfortunately we had some high winds (after only about a week putting it together) and the trampoline was partially damaged. We reached out to the amazing customer service to see if they could replace the parts damaged. They got back to us within 12 hours of my email and we were in communication through email and on the phone. They do not have a warranty for damage, but this amazing company is sending us the parts that we need to fix it for free! The customer service team were so friendly and helpful with our needs! Our children will be jumping on their trampoline again in no time!!!

Do not waste your time & money! So disappointed in this product. Not as described. Definitely not rated for 1500lbs. The set up is horrible! Took 5 hours to put together, only to find out just how horrible of a trampoline this is.The basketball hoop is super flimsy as well.Wanting to return it & get our money back. They also make you pay the return shipping.Save yourself a lot of time & frustration, DO NOT purchase!
