Delivery was quick and the item was well-packaged, so there are no complaints here.Unfortunately, this dog igloo is useful only as an ornament. The walls are very thin and extremely flimsy. I have a small Maltese/Pomeranian mixed breed dog and the moment she steps in it's like there's a small earthquake going off. It leans and rolls over, buckles and bends all over the place.Not even close to being worth the money. Avoid unless your dog weighs 0.5 ounces.

I was really looking forward to receiving this Dog Cave. However, it was vacuum packed. I assembled it, but the roof sagged and one side wall bulged out. In no way did it look anything like the one in the photographs! So, I have decided to send it back for a refund. This is a shame really because my small dog loved it. The manufacturer needs to put additional support in the roof to stop it from sagging and also in the side walls. Then it would be a lovely and practical Dog Cave, designed to do what it shows in the photographs.

A mi gato le encanta, tardó varios días en entrar, pero una vez que entró siempre duerme ahí. Al principio se aplasta el tejado pero luego coge su forma y es muy ligero. Muy buena compra y el tamaño muy bien tambin, cabe y le sobra pero así está más cómodo

Pour le moment encore un peu boudée par mon chat … le temps qu’elle prenne l odeur de la maison … la sienne … bref qu’il ai tout simplement envie d y aller.Cependant comme tout nouvel « habitat » il finira par s’y trouver à l’aise car la maison est plutôt grande.Bien finie et de bonne qualité.J y rajouterais peut être un petit plaid à l’intérieur pour un peu plus de moelleux.

The media could not be loaded. La casita es bonita y es muy blandita, además, lleva un cojín en su interior para que esté más cómodo el gato o el perro pequeñín. La casa no se sostiene demasiado bien, y puede caer hacía abajo, hay que colocarla muy bien y estirada para que se quede más o menos, pero en cuanto mi gato se pone a entrar, si se mueve mucho, puede bajarse el techo.
