An absolute must !
I couldn’t figure out why my hair was falling out by the handful. I dermatologist did some tests and one of the problems was I was pretty nonexistent in iron. But I have IBS problems and iron can be a real problem. But this one does not cause any kind of diarrhea, and I actually think it helped the situation. My hair is growing back thankfully and I attribute it to this iron supplement!

Gentle and effective
I have been taking this for 3 years now and as someone with a terrible stomach I can say that this has not once bothered my stomach! It has helped to raise my iron levels and increase my energy. I love this product!

Saved Our Girl!
My daughter was low on iron and she started taking these. Her iron storage was so low due to PCOS that her hair was thinning and she was bald in spots. Now her hair is back and thick as ever. Her iron storage has been restored. This is the only one we but her now. Also, she has never had any stomach issues with this one.

Good iron
So far so good. Stomach doesn't seem to hurt after taking these. I don't know if they actually work yet. So we'll see.

Gentle Iron That's Easy to Tolerate
I bought this for my elderly mom, and it's been a great choice. The Ferrochel form of iron is known for being gentler than many traditional iron supplements, which was important for us. The tablets are easy to take, and it's nice knowing she's getting extra iron support without the harsh side effects that some iron supplements can cause.
