This cart is awful! The wheels are impossible to get moving in the same direction thus the cart does not move. I have had the cart for 5 months and a wheel has fallen apart and I left a path of wheel parts. It is difficult to close. Do yourself a favor and look at other carts!

Originally bought this thing for my mother to help her move her laundry around in the assisted-living center that she lives in. Unfortunately wow it works great for holding the laundry. The design is such that it’s not the easiest thing to steer. And when I have tried to use it, it’s even more difficult because the cart seems to be built for somebody who’s probably about 5 feet tall. And i’m 6 foot seven. Overall it is by no means a bad item. But unfortunately unless you’re on the shorter side, you’re probably going to have a great deal of difficulty in moving it around. Also, the swivels on the front wheels tend to stick, especially if you have anything heavy inside.

Front wheels don’t work. Really disappointing and hard to maneuver while in a wheel chair. Wish I would have decided before today to return it.bits too late now.🤬

I literally have had this cart for 2 weeks and have used it probably 4 times.Today the plastic piece that secures the fabric piece is broken in half. I don't see any warranty info or return support. I will contact amazon and see what I can do to get it returned.PIECE OF JUNK!

This is just a waste of money. Cheap quality, barely holds any weight, wheels literally won’t move if you try. Don’t buy, you’ll regret it like me.
