These are great. You can't carry them on vacation but this is a great alternative. I can go to a room and do a quick workout. I use this for biceps and triceps and shoulders. I bought a medium resistance bands for my lower body but this type can also be used for the lower body. I bought these in 2 different strengths and I would say the weight stated is accurate.

I purchased this item to use as a part of my workouts during this virus quarantine. There was a sheet with minimal information inside the package with instructions to go on the company's website for more help via "ebook". (My main question is regarding this little weird black balls inside the handles of the band. What are they for and how to they work???) There was an accompanying access code shown on the flyer. The access code/password DOES NOT WORK. As instructed, I tried to contact their support email for further help and have had no response. One would assume that someone at this company could be available to work remotely to respond to customer's problems. Very disappointed.
