ZEKOO Double Track Bypass Sliding Barn Door Hardware Kit 12FT for 2 Doors

First review I've written on Amazon... I bought the 14' tracks and associated rollers to hold 4 barn doors on the two tracks (two on each track). From the initial order until installation completion, the customer service was fantastic. I had ordered two incorrect rollers on the initial order and they contacted me to make sure I really wanted that, and corrected my order. They also asked specific questions about my custom doors I was building and the framing and gave me direct guidance before I even started the project. Towards the end of the installation my doors were colliding, so I reached to them and they sent me additional hardware to, essentially, correct my mistake. I had taken so long to install the doors that I forgot their original guidance provided and made a mistake... had I remembered their advice I would have had no problems with the installation. Kudos to the staff for asking those questions and providing the guidance simply from my description. Everything operates perfectly. Excellent packaging, excellent customer service, excellent product... everything above and beyond.

Everything worked out great. I had to hang a header board because the holes didn't line up with my studs in the wall. I have a better feeling going the header route anyway. People said the directions were hard to understand, but I thought they were pretty straight forward. Glad we got these and they look awesome in our room! I had to cut the rails to fit my door opening. I was afraid the 5' rails would be too short so I opted for the 6'. I recommend this product!

This rail set is great. It comes with all necessary parts to get them installed. Very easy to install.👍

My family recently purchased two of these kits. Prime eligible but still took about a week for delivery. Everything you need comes with it. The reason for four stars, directions were not very helpful at all. The diagrams helped a bit, along with a few YouTube videos! If you’re not familiar with the process to install, suggest you watch DIY videos first! Works great if you have two people working together. Took us several hours (at least 4-5) to install. I’m happy with the purchase.

I made a mistake when this first arrived. And in trying to contact Zekoo, I did not get the right contact information from customer service. So I thought the company was defunct. Thankfully, the seller contacted me over a week later and helped me to see how to combine the 6 foot double track double bypass unit to the 16 foot item that was partially shipped by Amazon. I am still waiting for the door hardware on the 16 foot order. Assuming that arrives in a timely manner, I can say that I am very pleased with this hardware. Getting a double track, double bypass system for 22 feet of barn doors is not easy. Zekoo has a great product and customer service when Amazon is out of the middle.

One of the brackets was drilled incorrectly requiring me to fabricate a new one. Also one of the lagbolts that attach the track to the wall broke off inside the wall. Apparently very cheap metal and poor quality control is at work here. Updated review; Outstanding company, contacted me immediately and have promised to upgrade the quality control issues as well as reimburse me for the damaged and incorrect parts.

Bought these to cover some exterior sliding doors and though it was a real project to get everything together and mount all the hardware, it's super sturdy and looks great. Word to the wise, this is almost above your "average" skill level so if you buy it I hope you have some DIY experience under your belt as well as a fair amount of common sense as the directions can be confusing and misleading. Slow down and think out the project as you go and you should be fine though!

built my own barn doors for a couple of closet projects - these are solid, roll smoothly, and a relatively easy assemble and install. Grab a couple of pallets and this and make your own new door for a closet or elsewhere in your house.

Both my wife and I love it. It was a challenge to install but only because we have low ceilings. All parts were there and instructions were good. Thank you

My low-hanging wall could not support the weight of this quality. They took the product back with no issues. Great quality.

The instructions for this are VERY difficult to understand (and lack a lot of details) making the installation complicated and crazy making. It looks/works great once you figure it out, but there’s a lot of guessing and multiple attempts to figure it out.
