Good tool. Reaches areas iv had difficulty trimming

Very efficient
I bought this hedge trimmer for my use. Although it is described as light weight. I found it far too heavy. There was no shoulder strap in the box. My son manage to cut the hedge using the hedge trimmer. It cuts well and cuts tall hedges

Disappointing overall
May seem an unfair review, I used it once then didn't work again, changed fuse so wasn't that. Refunded quickly but I had to stump up the cash for postage and the extra tenner because it's a long parcel. I think if the item is faulty we shouldnt have to pay carriage. It's a shame as it was lighter than the one I bought to replace it.

Excellent quality product and great price.
Quick delivery and great quality. Easy to assemble and easy to use. Great length. I cut two 100 ft hedges in 3 hours I would definitely recommend it

Advisory comment.
Adjusting length of product naturally carried out with product vertical but this puts undue stress on power cable entry point. Guard required to protect cable gland. Other wise, good product.

Heavy piece of kit
Great product which works perfectly, only negative comment which is also noted by other buyers is it is heavy to use and a bit awkward to hold when extended, a handle instead of a grip would make operation much easier.

Not reliable
So we have a long conifer at the back of our garden , this is not ours but the people that live at the back have not botherd cutting it I try to keep it trim on our side but I can't reach the top ! So I ordered this after reading reviews , first had trouble fitting together as the metal did not mesh with the peg ! Then went to plug in and nothing ! Tried with extension cord first nothing then tried without to see if it was that ! But no ! Nop power at all , so disappointed and shall just carry on using a ladder don't waste your money on this !
