Received Altered and Used product
The quality of the product and color are good, as expected from Levis. But on receipt, I was totally shocked to find that the product is already altered ( length has been got shortened by someone with very poor restitching) and used one. The price tags are refixed. The jean is loose for me at the waist and also length is small (due to alteration already carried out) so I have placed a request for replacement with size 30. Thanks Amazon for prompt acceptance of my request for replacement. But Amazon needs to be more vigilant while accepting the product for return/ replacement.
