This is a nice frame for the price. I'm pleased the backing doesn't involve those annoying bending tabs that kill your fingernails trying to bend open. However, it is not glass. Maybe my fault for not reading more closely but I went back to the listing and read the description and still didn't see that it is made of plastic. It looks just fine and no one will ever know, but just be aware it is a thin bendy type plastic instead of glass. Fit is good - the 12 x 16 fit my art perfectly.

I bought these frames to put a Christmas gift in for my family members. They are sturdy and nice enough to put out as decorations. They were perfect for what we needed and great for the price.

Love that it’s lightweight but looks like expensive heavy ones. Also the plexiglass vs glass is good for us with kids and dogs and things getting knocked over. Also the enclosures in back are springs instead of the painful metal closures.

Wanted an inexpensive decent-quality frame for a keepsake greeting card.That's EXACTLY what I got... and more.The frame IS the correct size. The mat IS included, and IT'S the correct size. (No, it's not heavy cardstock with a fancy-schmancy beveled inner edge, but it works.)The flexible rotating clips that hold the backing in place are adequate and function well.The backing has a two-way easel AND basic loops for hanging, although you might need a loop of nylon thread to reach the hook on your wall.And the transparency was flawless, and indeed lined front AND back with protective film, which peeled off easily and cleanly (just don't use a tool to lift up the edge of the film).If you get multiples and they're a smidgen off in size, I say hang or arrange them "staggered" a bit, and remember the $$$ you saved. 😉I do recommend that the seller update the product description to state that the transparency is acrylic, not glass... but for the price, I was expecting acrylic.Perfect for this project, and a screaming deal to boot. What's not to like?
