if you are looking for a reasonably priced digital camera without spending the big bucks on a phone or mirrorless camera, this one hits the spot. I purchased this for our 11 year old son and it has really ignited an interest in photography for him.The camera shoots on a micro SD card which can easily attach to a computer, either connecting the camera to a computer with the supplied cable or using an SD card reader and an adaptor for the micro SD card (not included).Two batteries are included which is very helpful to always have one on a charger so you never run out of power. Charging is done with the battery in the camera using the supplied USB cable and power brick.Our son has also started using it for stop motion animation and the camera has the standard thread mount so it can be attached to any tripod. This is a perfect application for the camera.There are several settings for picture quality, I would recommend using the highest setting of 44MP, which carries a slightly higher file size. Good light will always help improve the photographs. The camera does include an LED light which you turn on for continuous light as opposed to a flash. This is actually very useful when shooting video. The camera can also connect to a computer for use as a webcam.There are over a dozen various effects you can apply to the image. My fav is Vivid which seems to increase saturation nicely.Overall it's a great camera for its price point. It is ideal for children to have their own camera and introduce them to the wonderful world of photography.

A perfect beginner camera for my 10 year old g grandson, simple and easy yet challenging.

This is a small sized digital camera and I think it is perfect to give as a gift! I think it's great for kids as it doesn't require much to know to operate it. The quality is really good for taking photos. The kit includes everything you need-protective bag, extra battery, charger, SD card, and more. I highly recommend this if you're looking for a perfect gift.

We bought this camera for our kids and I have to say that it works great. It is by no means the perfect camera, but you would have to spend a lot more for that.This camera comes with two batteries, and sd card, pouch and carrying strap. They can literally get thousands of pictures with the included SD card and it's easy for them to use it. I say this is perfect for our kids, the love it and have a lot of fun with it. I definitely prefer they use this camera than dropping our expensive smart phones when out and about.highly recommended!

I took three pictures and compared them to iPhone pictures of the same scenes. I did not go further as no extra feature could make up for the poor image quality of this camera. Other specific issues:• feels very flimsy• buttons are tiny, option wheel a little hard to hit right• long lag (about half a second) between pressing the shutter button & taking the picture• would not connect to MacBook Pro with my USB-C to USB-C cable; since the laptop has no USB-A port, I had to use the USB-C to USB-A cable it came with, via a USB hub.• similar pixel dimensions as my iPhone 12, but very poor picture quality: high contrast, highlights completely blown out, severe pixellation and color noise

This is a cute little camera like they used to be before smartphones. The package comes with a lot of stuff, like a 32 gb card, lanyard, cables, cleaning cloth, and 2 batteries. It was fairly easy to setup and use and the picture quality was decent.

I work QA for a large warehouse and was looking for something to take pictures with so i didn't have to use my cell phone. This may be an okay camera for the outdoors or distance shots, but it totally sucks up close when trying to focus on test or labels.

The camera looks very neat and compact, easy to carry around, and very user-friendly. Children really like it.
