Missing 8 pieces and have totallyrefused to send them to me and only on day 6!It's such a shame as I was really looking forward to doing this every day. Also the quality is really nice, but without all the pieces it's a total waste of time 🙄Would not buy from them, terrible customer service.

It took qb3 weeks to arrive, but that was indicated when ordered. But this is absolutely not as described. You would think that each box contains a small section of the puzzle to put together every day and join up as you go along each day? Oh no... All boxes are a complete mismatch of pieces identified by the numbers on the back of each piece. There wasn't even one No 1 piece in box one. It took the best part of 2 hours opening all boxes and sorting the 1008 pieces into each corresponding box. It doesn't start at bottom right as indicated either but top left. And there is no poster!

This item you would of thought you can open one box a day and do a small section, unfortunately this is not the case, the pieces are all mixed up in the boxes for various days, this was a early present for my dad who was upset he couldn’t start his present and I have to now open the whole thing and re arrange the pieces! PLEASE DO OPEN AND CHECK

The product states that each box contains a section of the puzzle to complete each day. We opened the first box and only found 2 straight edges then realised each box had random pieces. Completely ruined the point.

This would be a great idea if the jigsaw pieces were in their corresponding boxes, for example the 41 pieces labelled 01, in box 1, as advertised, allowing a section of the jigsaw to be completed every day, again, as advertised. Sadly, the pieces have been randomly added to the boxes, which would lead to frustration and a lot to do on Christmas Eve, when you finally have all the pieces for all the sections.Only way round this is to open all the boxes and sort the pieces into the right boxes. It solves the issue but it's a hassle that isn't mentioned in the description.

Bought one of these for my mum, and one for my boys (aged 12 and 10) and all 3 are loving it (and updating each other on progress). It’s hard enough to be interesting but easy enough not to be frustrating. Nice packaging. Delivery was pretty slow though…

I bought this to cheer up a sick friend.Wrong number of pieces in the wrong boxes plus no poster.It did not cheer her up!!!!!!!
