If you’ve not switched to a methylated multivitamin. this one I would highly suggest you purchase.I completely changed to Methylated Vitamins after the suggestion of a nutritionist. Tossed the other brands and haven’t looked back. I feel so much better taking this multivitamin.I can tell a change in my health as well as my energy levels. I’m 67 and needed to have been on an easily absorbable, easily broken down for fast uptake vitamin over the past 40 plus years.
