This is an absolutely gorgeous pen that writes quite well and takes a fair amount of time to run dry between dips. It also happens to be fairly easy to clean with water, though I do prefer to use pen cleaner regardless when i have it available.The ink colours are delightful and easily seen on white paper.

Other than a small hiccup on arrival, this pen is fantastic. The end of the pen (not the writing end) was snapped off in the box, but a spot of superglue fixed it easily and it looks brand new. I think it was the delivery process and not the manufacturer. All in all though, I am THRILLED with the pen and inks. Easy to use, clean, and store. Be aware that the ink does bleed through on thinner papers if you apply too much pressure in writing.

I’d never tried a dip pen until this one. It’s a beautiful glass pen & very easy to write with. With one dip, it’s writes more words than you expect. Great for doodles on art like watercolor pages.
