Too small = painful. Too large = not enough support. S/M or L/XL for me?** A: I think a S/M would work. I was a size 16 to 18 before pregnancy and I ordered the L/XL. It fit perfect after c-section. I didn’t really use them, too much effort to put on shortly after c/section, but did help my sore organs feel supported the first night when I put it on. Minimal hold in terms of sucking you in under clothes. A hassle to use the toilet when it’s on.
