There’s a variety of benefits to taking this supplement and proper beef organs in general. I know MK Supplements are a little on the pricier side but I assure you their quality can’t be beat in the business of beef organ supplements. This is a great daily beef organ all around supplement and covers a lot of bases with high quality organic grass fed beef organs. They’re divided up properly as well with each organ mg specs set up for proper division in all 4 pills. MK really seems to be the best quality when it comes to beef organ supplements. They’re not as mass produced as other competitor brands and I do feel the New Zealand source can’t be beat for grass fed. YouCant go wrong with this for absorption either vs other vitamins ..even liposomal. These are far superior. I’ve had good experiences with this all around beef organ supplement and notice my strength has increased significantly in the gym and just throughout my daily routine. Yes, these are a little expensive but remember first what you are getting with these types of organ supplements. You won’t be upset spending a little more for MK. Update: These are now what my wife and I take over previous multivitamins and I have upped my intake to 6 daily due to my active lifestyle. These are great. I cannot say that other food based vitamins even compare to these. The minimum dose is 4 but you can take all the way to 8 if you wanted and this is talked about on MK’s website. Because these are food sourced from beef organs you are not overloading your body with synthetic/ weird forms of vitamins that your body can’t absorb…with these you use what you need. It’s that simple.. you can’t over do it as you will simply intake what is needed and pass the rest. I haven’t been sick in over a year… I am very active I find myself doing Muay Thai 4 times a week, sparring one out of the 3 days and outside of that I do weight training but high reps till I drop unless it’s legs. I’m into biohacking and check my blood levels every 3 months for other health benefit reasons but everything has improved for me taking these anlongside other necessary ancillaries and these are now my vitamins over other vitamins..sorry “animal pak” I don’t need you anymore. Even my wife during her pregnancy has found these to be amazing. They tell you to be careful if you’re nursing or pregnant as they have to do ..but the iron load these give a female here is balanced with the way the organ nutrients compliment each other these would do most women well during pregnancy and postpartum because of how bio available the iron is with these. In other words you actually get the iron from these… unlike other synthetic forms because of how the organs work synergistically in nutrient delivery to actually be absorbed and used this is a common problem with females during pregnancy and postpartum as well do not go with the basic iron supplements they won’t worked because they’re not paired with the right copper and other nutrients found in this mix . Great product! Beef organs have more bioavailable vitamins, minerals, and peptides for humans. Cheap synthetic vitamins do nothing for you. Your body can use this supplement to truly change your health! I would only take 2 capsules per day for the 1st week. Then take 4 per day. They could cause stomach issues until your body adjusts to using cow organs. I know it's sounds bizarre to use these instead of regular vitamins. But trust me. Do your research on organ supplements. Check out MK supplements online. You will feel the difference in energy and may help with health issues you may be experiencing. Highly recommend.

We started this while on carnivore to get the benefits of tip to tail eating. I did not feel any difference in energy or health. I did not notice any side effects. I feel like 4 caps per day was a lot and with little efficacy kind of expensive. They did not have any bad after taste. If you are looking for an organ supplement, I think that they do a good job with testing and sourcing of their ingredients, I just didn't notice any differences for myself.

Unfortunately, the supplements were packaged poorly. I'm sure the supplements work fine though.

I have been taking beef organs for about 3 months now (me and my dog) I have noticed an improvement in my skin and energy levels. I take 4 capsules a day and pour 2 in my dogs food to make sure she also gets the benefits of the different organs. I eat meat twice a week, but quality organs are difficult to obtain here in the US and not all taste good (dispite beef liver I love it) The capsules domt have a taste to it. What made me chose this brand was for their cows coming from small farms in New Zealand, grass fed and grass finished year round. REGENERATIVE FARMING is so important nowadays.
