Defective item and can’t even return or exchange
I received the products yesterday on 9/27/24 and it’s defective products but can’t even return or exchange.

I was not able to use, because the thermal regime was not kept.
The thermal regime was not kept, all the capsules were melted and it was impossible to take them out of the bottle. Extremely disappointing.
