Not made true to size at all.
I am 6'2" and 15 stone, I wear XL mens clothing and as such, ordered an XL from this store.. the t shirt was a huge struggle to get on, and the bottoms would not fit at all, it's like they were made for an XL child, I would imagine a XXXL would just about ne what I need so make sure u order 2 sizes bigger than your usual size if u don't want to waste your money.

But the material started deteriorating around the neck and other areas only after a couple of uses. Still - good value for money if you just hide it underneath. : ))

For sizing go by the top size and ignore the waist band size.
I usually buy medium in the uk but these are Asian sizing so 3xl seemed to be the best option.The top is nice and long in the body and fit is close but loose.The bottoms are skin tight, with some compression, the waist band is very stretchy without being too tight and they are long enough to get a good overlap between top and bottom to prevent draughts.Away from the sizing the material is great, silky on the outside and micro fleecey on the inside. They kept me toasty warm during a couple nights on dartmoor (8 degrees C)

Nice design
Nicely made and I would recommend buy 1 or 2 sizes bigger that's what I did and find it fits snug .very reasonable price .
