The product arrived very poor quality. There were threads hanging all over the mats. The mats are not leather or even close. The material is a terrible quality very much mimicing a cheaply covered bar stool that the material peels. I opted for the customization, which was underwhelming and small.Not worth the price and definitely not custom fit or custom cut for my 2023 Trailblazer as advertised.Nothing about the description is true about this product. It also comes from China, so it was pretty banged up in its package when it finally arrived. Very disappointed.

These looked better than expected. The front ones needed to be a better fit but I had them monogrammed and I love them. Now to buy the one for the hatch.

Do not order custom mats if you are not at a place where they can be physically measured to make sure they fit.. once you buy these they are nonrefundable.I ordered these mats specifically to my car make and model. The order says they are custom made for my car, and they are matched to fit my car. Well they don't..whether they were cut worng or cut for my car but a different model they don't fit.. tried them every which way and they keep folding over. They don"t stay up. The part that tucks under the seat is too wide and curves up.Now I'm out 100 bucks and I still have to find mats for my car.

To much work the back don't fit don't like how the side post to fit love the color to much lol

Product is not as described. Arrived folded up with permanent folds, all mats do not fit.Trying to return item....Amazon states this item not eligible gor return. I wish I knew that at the time of purchase.

The description of these mats sounds fantastic. Floor mats that go up the sides are exactly what I'm looking for. And to be fair, the driver side fits great. But the passenger, and rear seats don't fit the actual. Well. Well. I double checked to make sure that these would fit my 2500 crew cab so this was not user error. Delivery was quoted for 2 days and it took 2 weeks to ship from China. Each day that it was supposed to be delivered got pushed out until the next day. Do not order this product, because it's customized. I assume, you can't return it even though it doesn't fit. There's no way to make it right except for toss it in the trash and throw your money down the drain

The font of our last name. The size in your photo isn’t as big on the floor mats. I thought it would’ve been bigger. After having this for 2 months the engraving wore off. Very disappointed in the product and paying too much.
