So this is a great product and works with my Xbox One X Controller, which is the sole reason I bought this for...But, it wasn't 'plug & play' as it should be with Windows 11. My Windows had originally installed the driver as a 'Generic Bluetooth Device' which could not find my Xbox Controller. That's not Ugreen's fault....My Gaming PC does not have a disk drive, so the included driver disk was useless and finding the drivers online online on the Ugreen website. Especially since the drivers support section is hidden away, this product isn't on the store and I have to use the device number from the box (80889 or something, above the barcode) to find them once I finally found the driver support section.Once I found the driver and downloaded the set-up files, it was as simple as clicking the set up.exe and clicking next. Then it truly was plug & play and after a recommended restart, my xbox controller (x) connected instantly without me even having to search for it.Ugreen should make a link to download the specific drivers OBVIOUS, then the product would be 5* easily. Had to drop a star due to how difficult it is to find the driver online.

If you need a Bluetooth Adapter, this is well priced, good range and works with wide range of products.

arrived on time, worked as expected. Plugged in and worked straight away, was able to connect my ps5 controller to my desktop no problem. Bluetooth technology is blocked by things but that is expected with any bluetooth device.

Couldn't install with the given drivers, tried every way possible, and nothing.Website is hopeless and when we finally got somewhere, we got numerous malware warnings. Checked on Reddit and lots of other people have found the same.AVOID!!

On windows 10 laptop this automatically installed without any problems, took a minute or so and it was ready to use.Now able to use my bluetooth speaker, no more tinny laptop speaker sound, win all around.

Sometimes I need to unplug it from the usb port then put it back in but that might have something to do with windows being funny.Links up to my Bluetooth headphones and my Xbox controller fine, not noticed any delay.10x better than the unbranded one I bought off eBay which ironically was more expensive.

Bought to connect Xbox controller to PC. Works well. Every now and again it drops connection for a few seconds. Not enough to be an issue. Still recommended as it is cost effective and functions as expected. Would buy again for another system if needed. Simple install and controller immediately finds and connects to it.

The media could not be loaded. This Bluetooth USB adapter is greatfor PC and don't have to worry with messy audio cablesagain and the sound is much more clear to hear to the Bluethooth receiver amplifier
