Perfect for the gym, runners and bikers who don't need to stare at their screen all day.
I got this because my cellphone kept falling out of my sweatpant pocket, while at the gym. I tried a runner's fanny pack, but found it uncomfortable. This arm band is perfect for my needs, and doesn't get in the way of any exercises I do that involve my arms- curls, benching, pullups, etc.I use wireless earbuds, so the placement of the headphone wire hole is a non-issue for me.I've seen complaints about putting the phone in the pocket. You put the phone in the pocket, and you slide it up your arm. If you have a constant need to check your phone, this armband isn't for you, and neither is the gym. If you have to look at your phone for 5-10 mins between sets, you're not working out properly. The band is on the smallish side, but the description of the sizing seems correct. You can have your phone, your gym card, and a few keys, at best. If you need more room to carry things when exercising, get a backpack.

Great fit, perfect for running or doing yard work.
Product works great, and is a great way to save some money. I found myself always buying a new arm band for every phone I get, where this product fits any phone. Stays on your arm as high or as low as you want, and is just tight enough to stay where you want, but also isn’t uncomfortable. I use this for long runs, doing yard work, or washing/detailing my car. The only drawback I’ve noticed is that it absorbs sweat and can start to smell bad after a few uses. I bought two and wash them in rotation.

Don't get this if you actually need to access your phone while working out
The pros: This armband is SUPER secure. fits nice and snug but very comfortable, won't slide down even during vigorous exercise. Easy to keep clean. The cons: You will not be able to access your phone without completely taking the band off your arm and then removing the phone from the case. There is no touchscreen, and the phone is COMPLETELY, and I do mean COMPLETELY covered up by the fabric and even a little folded over piece to keep it secure. So if you want to answer a call, change music or podcasts, check the time, check a text--you will have to stop what you're doing and take the whole thing off. I can actually get it out while it's still on my arm (though pretty difficult to do), but to put it back on I have to take the band completely off, put the phone back in it, and then shimmy it back up my arm. If I needed to call 911 while I was wearing this I would literally ask anyone else nearby to call for me because it would take me too long to get my phone out of the armband.

Good for iPhone users with Bluetooth earphones
I am relatively small. 5’0” and about 125 lbs. the med was the smallest they had when I purchased and it fits just snug enough to stay up. If you have slimmer arms, I would def go down in size. Not sure how well the phone would fit though. I have an iPhone X and the straight edges of the phone definitely jut out a bit on either side of my arm. The traction dots on the inside of the sleeve are very effective. I’ve worn this running and biking and I didn’t have to fuss with it or pull it up while I worked out either time. The fabric is smooth and has good stretch and seems stitched well, not all gappy like they were trying to save thread. The hole for the headphone jack is definitely not for an iPhone. It’s where the top of the phone would be and off center. Not sure what kind of phone the hole is for. If you have Bluetooth headphones though, it really doesn’t matter. There’s a nice foldover on top to hold your phone securely but it’s not so deep that you have to struggle to get your phone out. Obviously you can’t change anything on the phone without pulling it out of the sleeve but that should be pretty easy to see from the promo pics. For some reason it didn’t occur to me when I purchased it and I think I might rather have one with a window. But this one delivers on all its promises and functions better than I expected when it come to staying in place and not getting too hot.

Comfortable and Inexpensive
Arm band was inexpensive and is very comfortable to wear. Securely holds my Moto Z3 (no moto mod installed). The item also has two small key pockets which I would only recommend putting one or two housekeys or even a locker key. On the inside is a hole for your headphone cord which is placed intelligently unlike others I've tried. My only complaint is that the anti-slip material isn't all the way around on the inside of the armband. Also not sure why it asked me to rate the touch screen, it is impossible to interact with the touch screen of your phone unless you take it out or can try to navigate through the fabric.

Overall I would not recommend this product.
Let me first start by saying I love the idea of this arm band, but the execution leaves me wanting more. It fits most phone sizes and has a spot for headphone wires however if you’re using this to work out I would suggest wireless headphones. Now let’s get to why I left two stars. The sizing chart needs some work, I have large biceps So I purchased a large band. This thing keeps slipping off and is very annoying it’s also very difficult to put on. They need to go back and re-engineer some type of non-slip coating to put on the inside of the band. Overall I would not recommend this product.

Didn't like it.
I didn't like it and returned it. I was expecting it to be sturdy instead of the clothe sleeve it is.
