Firm and loving it! (Additional Advice if your pillow isn’t inflating/stiff)
(Review and advice for those of you who got a pillow that won’t inflate/hard as a rock).Bought this for my significant other in preparation for his upcoming surgery- Doctor has ordered him to be in an upright position as much as possible and his healing limb elevated- so far loves it. Would recommend, especially to those who like a firmer surface to sleep on.HARD PILLOW ADVICE_All the pillows except for the main one inflated correctly. The main pillow was stiff and unyielding. We couldn’t find anything online to fix it and I absolutely hate returning things on Amazon- so as a last resort- I started punching, slamming the stuff pillow against a hard surface - worked like a charm :) all pillows are in working order. Before trying to navigate the return process - beat it up first.

Crazy comfortable!
I have a condition that causes too much spinal fluid in my brain, so if my head and neck aren’t at a good angle I can get dizzy, anxious, and get headaches. Anyway, sitting up in bed to read or watch TV has been a struggle because I am never properly supported. This pillow set has been a game changer! So so comfortable and no more feeling weird. Excellent purchase!

Adjustable to your needs
They helped immensely through recovery after my shoulder surgery, you can change the positions to achieve different adjustments

Neck pillow is pretty bad.
Overall I'm pretty happy with my purchase, but that neck pillow is not nearly as big as in the picture and just crumples on the weight of an adult male, so I'm still one piece away from my best sleep experience.

Comfortable
This reclining pillow was very useful for my post-op surgery. Doctor recommended that I sleep in reclining position and stacking pillows did not feel comfortable for me. This pillow was well worth the money. I was able to sleep all night.

Post Surgery or Work from Home in your bed.
I'm using this post abdominal surgery and will use it after when I work. It's very firm but put a pillow on top and you're good. I have a dog bone chiropractic next pillow and a regular pillow on the bottom. I like that there's a pillow for under the knees too. There's no way of stabilizing it anywhere so when you get up and down it may move.
