I love this book. It's very easy to work with and a wealthy of information is contains within the well organised chapters.. Don't be fooled into thinking it's only a small pocket guide..it contains vast information and knowledge and written in an easy to understand way so is perfect for novices like me!

This is a good book and I find it very useful

I decided to get this book as I have an interest in chakras and crystals as an energy healer. All I can say is wow, this book is brilliant, straightforward and to the point with little tasks you can do along the way. Definately recommend reading this book if you havent already!!
