Had the heater a while was working great, good heat output great connectivity and control.Had a notification to say the heater was offline, I thought either the WiFi was down or the electric had tripped, got home and realised the heater had developed a fault and the fuse in the plug had blown. I contacted customers service explained that had happend and provided pictures and no hassle quibble or anything they said I could dispose of the heater and they will send a replacement.Highly recommend this heater and the seller!

Panel looks modern, but does feel cheaply made! Seems to heat up ok but heating element inside just slides from one side to other so can’t be secure. Also didn’t come supplied with fittings like it states. If I had the option I would not buy again

I recently converted my garage into an automation man cave. All lights and devices work with Alexa. This radiator heats up my man cave quickly and effectively being placed under my window. My only gripe is they should include an option to have the power cord either right or left side. For me it was on the wrong side for the power socket. Not sure if it's a European thing but in the UK radiator sockets are on the right. The wifi works well and works nicely with alexa. It has thermostat and timer features and works great on my morning routine.

I bought these to replace my normal radiators when my boiler broke, expecting them to only give out a bit of heat I bought 3 to heat the house. So far iv only had to use them in a 10 mins blast as they get super hot on the highest setting thay the room heats up super fast. The only down side is because of them being fans at the top you can't install near light switches or curtains etc. They do become burning hot so not good around little children incase they accidently touch them . They work really well and didn't seem to expensive to run. Easy to install and to link to alexa although I havent used that feature yet ax not needed to.

Ive tried similar flat panel heaters in the past and had to return them, as they simply would not connect to my wifi set as needed at 2.4ghz, well this one CONNECTED FIRST TIME!! And continues to work now ive reset 5ghz.One of the attractions of this to me, was not having any lights showing on the front, as this is being used in my bedroom and would be feet away from where i lie, the controls being hid on top under a panel is a great idea and it does shut out all the light.As for heat, it does the job, my bedroom is up in the eaves of an old house and is normally cold, not with this heater.Negative points, if you want to use it free standing, there are no feet, not an issue for me as wall mounted.All in all, very happy with this, would I buy another, a big YES.

Having tried three other brands of smart rad this is the first to connect to my WiFi, the whole set up took less than five minutes and it kicks out a good deal of heat, enough to warm a double garage conversion.

As a stand alone heater (yes, wall mounted), is fine.The thermostat works at a very different temperature to what you think you've got it at, 19c was over 22c, because it was still pumping out warmth when I turned it down to 14c to get it to cut out.Wifi is the other issue, it's feeble, no it's not our wifi, the router is less than 4m from the heater, and it struggles.Having the wifi was never the reason for buying the heater, I hoped it would have been a bonus.We'll use it as a manual heater that we occasionally put on for a particular length of time, and it'll be absolutely fine, being aware of the temperature obviously 🙈🤭🤭
