TTArtisan 100mm F2.8 Macro Tilt – Shift Metal Bodied Lens Compatible with Sony E Mount - Black

The lens was sent by the seller in adequate protected bubble roll. The box was literally pristine and intact with 2 seals from the manufacturer. The lens is heavy and solidly built. The manufacturing is pristine. Never expected TT Artisan to be so insanely good in manufacturing. Coming to the image quality they are extremely good. Attached are some pictures shot at F0.9 paired with my Sony Alpha A5100. The background separation is too deep and creamy. Using focus peaking feature of the camera it’s actually quite easy to focus the subject manually and also it’s a lot of fun using this lens as we are not dependent on the tact sharp auto-focus that we get from the prime master like the Sigma F1.4 trio. Overall I am extremely happy with the purchase and the lens and the seller. Will get more lens from TT Artisan in the future.

Handling, Verarbeitung und die optische Leistung, und natürlich der Preis

Bestellt habe ich Sony E-Mount, erhalten Fuji FX?!Zum Glück haben wir auch eine Fuji - nun eben mit 2 Makroobjektiven.Im Vergleich zum 7Artisans (60 mm Brennweite) macht das TTArtisan eine gute Figur. Obwohl das TTArtisan deutlich günstiger ist, mutet die Verarbeitung eher höherwertiger an, als das 7Artisans. Beim Abblenden ab Blende 8 werden auch die Ecken relativ scharf, im Zentrum ist dies auch bei Blende 2,8 der Fall.Wer gerne manuell scharf stellt - das macht man bei Makros ja eh - hat hier ein nettes Universalobjektiv, das mit seinen (umgerechnet) 60mm Kleinbildformat noch sehr nahe an der Normalbrennweite liegt und sich auch (eingeschränkt) für Portraits eignet.Allerdings muss man zur Makrofotografie sehr nahe an das Objekt heran (wenige Zentimeter) - so dass Licht durchaus fehlen könnte und Fotos freihand nur bei guter Beleuchtung gelingen.
