It Contains "Must-Have" Dual USB-Sized ("A"" And "C") Connectivity Ports For Any Circumstance!
To avoid any confusion as to the product description herein under review, the actual product description as posted by the seller on his Amazon marketing webpage is: USB C Wall Charger, PD+QC 3.0 Dual Port Fast Charging Block, Type C Brick with 3.3ft USB C to Type C Cable, USB Plug Compatible for iPhone 15/14/13/12 Pro Max SE, Samsung, iPad Pro Air, Airpods.Price-point during this review: $10.67.This is my latest review in a series of "wall chargers" that I've recently written as part of my participation as a gold-rated member in Amazon's Vine Voice reviewer program. So, you might ask, why have I recently acquired several of these electronic power transformer supplys, and why isn't just one version sufficient to satisfy my immediate needs? Well, the answer is rather straightforward and simple.USB wall chargers, as we've traditionally known them since the popular inception of basic cellular phones seemingly eons ago, were a staple requirement needed to charge all forms of cell phone batteries existent in 'those days'. Fast-forward to today's world of so many hi-tech electronic advancements, where we now depend almost exclusively on 'smartphones' for our portable phone communication needs...unless of course you happen to be a 'throwback' aficionado who prefers to continue the use of one of those prior-generational original 'breakthrough' cellphone devices that fueled our need for portable, 'on-the-go' voice communication (in those days, texting was in its infancy and not nearly what it's become today). With the advent of this 'smartphone generation', logical advancements in their support 'accessories' have blossomed in most of the major areas that require attention, namely in the 'almighty', requisite battery charging devices. The issue therefore is, as to why I've now accumulated several of these venerable "wall-wart", clunky charger/power supplys, is the fact that inevitably the smartphone device generation has now produced a wireless, contact/touch-type charger that functions in a totally different manner than their predecessor, 'wired/cabled wall-wart cousins. They no longer require a burdensome cable tethered to a 'bulky/clumsy' standalone power supply module. To finally "cut-to-the-chase," so to speak, is that in a self-serving, express effort to cut manufacturing costs (which they rarely seem to 'pass-on' to consumers), the electronic device vendors have virtually eliminated the inclusion of a separate power supply with their newly-offered devices (such as was the "norm" up until fairly recently). What they've now done is to rely on a 'self-serving gimmick' whereby the buyer of their electronic equipment must provide a power source to 'energize' the actual devices they're selling. So, the 'innocent' buyer is left with the additional burden of 'coming-up-with' the compulsory electrical power capability - - and "in a nutshell," this is my sole premise of why I currently have elected to accumulate a sufficient amount of what were until recently almost obsolete external power-providing solutions for aging cellphone varieties. In short, these almost 'phased-out' power supply transformer devices have inexplicably "found a new life" with the advent of having the buyer come up with (as in "BYO") the 110ACV to 5 VDC power source. So, some of my observations re the features of this latest power supply iteration, currently under my review, are as follows:1) First of all, the price-point on this item is vastly more economical than any of the other power supply variants I've reviewed. In fact, it appears to even be nearly twice as cheap as any pricing of other units I've reviewed. But has it turned out to be a 'cheapo' product?... let's check it out further and see if that's the case.2) I don't know if the low price has anything to do with its minuscule size and power-output strength and performance quality, but I do know enough about these power supply devices that the max 3A (amps) stated-output by this seller is on the higher level of output capacity in comparison with other such offerings. He further purports that a fast charger such as this one can ramp up the battery charging process of an Apple iPhone 13 from "0%" to 85% in 30 minutes - - if this is so, that's an awesome accomplishment, especially from a tiny charger such as this one. It must have some sort of hidden (as in 'secretive') dynamic-type of charging circuitry in order to do so. Of note: a buyer-supplied QC charging cable (readily available on Amazon) would be required to deliver such an outstanding type of performance3) Another surprising element to me is the apparent inclusion of all the "bells-and-whistles" types of protective security this unit provides -- namely for protection against over-charging/over-heating and 'fire' events.4) It contains dual connectivity ports - - a "must-have" feature in any present-day power supply I'd ever own. The inclusion of the basic/conventional, larger USB "A" female port, as well as the currently most popular, smaller USB "C" port, means that you're always "covered" in most connectivity circumstance you'd encounter in today's personal electronic - device marketplace.Unless anything of an unanticipated negative-nature arises in the near future, I rate this product at a full 5 stars, and should anything adverse or unfavorable appear at a later-point-in-time, I do promise to return in the future to amend/edit this review in order to reflect any such change in this product's reliability status.

Nice dual port charger and cable
This is the first AC adapter that I've seen with both a USB-C and USB-A connector on it. I like the idea of having two connectors up there, especially since they are both fast charging, supporting QC 3.0 and PD standards. It comes with a decent USB-C to Lightning cable that works well with my son's iPhone, but the connector is a little wide for his case. I can see this being a nice way to share a charger that would work for both your phone and your friend's phone. The smiley face on the side is a nice touch too.

Works as it should
I ordered this to have a spare charger on hand. It works well, love the smiley face, it makes it easier to identify. I like the short cables as they provide a less cluttered charging station. All in all, a good working charger for a good price, a good value.

Just the right ac with usb wall plug for my new LED Photography Light
I ordered these TOPWE USB Wall Charger, QC 3.0 18W 3 Pack USB Block Quick Charging Plugs for my new 3 LED Photography Lights that use a USB type plug to power them up. These ac wall plugs with usb outputs did that nicely. So now I have 3 ac power plugs to power up my new 3 LED Photography Lights. I would recommend these 3 pack wall plugs to anyone looking for some good ac wall plugs for their usb powered items...
