A good old fashioned flour
Excellent flour to replace normal wheat. It makes pastries very crunchy and makes lovely pizza bases and cakes. Watch out when making puddings such as apple crumble - it doesn't crunch so much for some reason. Well, not with the way I do apple crumble. But otherwise a very lovely flour free of GMO and pesticides.

Love this flour for boil dumplins in soup and stew,baking my daughter love the taste. Tried many of my own traditional recipes, trial and error, but results turn out good still, and just had to rename the dish and call it something else friends and family love the taste still and would lick there fingers too, definately wouldnt go back and use that ole home pride flour again loool

Versatile Flour That Is Easy On The Digestive System
An excellent healthy alternative to normal supermarket flour. I used Spelt flour to make bread rolls, pizza base and Paratha. The packaging contains recipes for a variety of breads and you can also send off for more recipes.
