Q: Does the mop come with everything you need?

No. The part to press to spray sucks. There is one with a push button that cost more that’s wayyyy better. I thought that is what I ordered but I think I got the older version. It works but the spray lever isn’t very functional. Pay up and get the better one.

Q: Can this be used with a bleach solution? We use spray mops with bleach and water mixture and the bleach eats up the sprayer pretty quickly.

You don't use bleach on microfiber pads or towels it ruins them
