If you pronate, these are the insoles for you.I was born with flat feet that, although surgically reconstructed after tendon tears, are still flat. In addition, two years ago I sustained a terribly ankle fracture in which I dislocated my ankle at the same time and although healed, I’ve not been the same since. I’ve worn custom orthotics in the past but have discovered that the OTC ones are sufficient. These are by far the best OTC orthotics I’ve ever owned, and I would never buy another brand. They completely stopped my pronation and I feel especially supported in the foot that has the broken ankle. My back pain is resolving and I feel like a new person. While I had a brief pain in one arch after putting on my shoes for the first time, within minutes that was gone. These are sturdy and provide excellent support. I just might get another pair so I can have some in my boots.

Thier not as good as my rigid custom insoles were. But after the cushioning wore out on those, and the guy that was making them for me retired, I needed another option. These fit my shoes and boots perfectly, have just enough arch for my high arched feet, and are inexpensive. If they last a year or more they will be well worth it.

Put these in my Nano X3’s since they were a 1/2 size too big (my size wasn’t available in the color I wanted) and this filled the extra 1/2 size perfectly with just the right amount of cushioning while providing a noticeable and excellent high arch for my ultra-flat feet. Have had for about 2 months and still like new with the same level of arch support. I’m on the lighter side so not sure if heavier people would eventually compress the arch but it seems very stiff so far to me.

Easily fits into shoe, comfortable and does the job.

Die Lieferung hat die bekannte AMAZON-Geschwindigkeit - ganz super! Die Ware war gut verpackt und die Einlagen waren dazu in einem seperaten Plastikbeutel. Der erste Eindruck der Einlagen war sehr gut. Eine gute saubere Verarbeitung. Sie entsprechen auch meiner Schuhgröße, so daß ich die Einlagen ohne Probleme einlegen konnte. Die Einlagen überzeugen durch den Halt den der Fuß offenbar bekommt. Sie haben einen optimalen Tragekomfort. Am rechten Außenfuß hatte ich seit geraumer Zeit Schmerzen bekommen. Es wurde mir schon gesagt, dass ich ein "Plattfußindianer" bin. Mit dem Tragen dieser Einlagen sind meine Schmerzen weg. Was will ich mehr? Über die Haltbarkeit kann ich noch nichts sagen. Für mich sind die Einlagen einfach super klasse. Den Preis mit Rund 28 € finde ich wirklich angemessen.
