Great strings with a very nice sound. I've tried lots of strings looking for that right sound, and these were it. Also not too hard to push down for those of you like me and have always had a hard time with those fret chords. not any more, and so much more convenient to order than to have to drive into the store

I have tried many kinds. The Martin strings (all of the ones I have tried) have been great. I have recently added bone pins and a bone nut and saddle to my main 6-string. Those changes made a big difference. Adding these strings in medium instead of medium light was the topper. Guitar sounds great!!

At the time that I bought these, I bought like five packs (I always do with electric and acoustic strings) to have plenty of spares. I changed my acoustic strings. The best part about acoustic guitars is the crisp sound of the strings. These strings provide that sound for about the first 3 days, and it's not like I even play my acoustic that much compared to my electric, or other acoustic that I didn't put these strings on. Elixer Nanoweb is the way to go, they are a little more pricier, but well worth it.

It would be nice if Amazon would match the product (guitar strings) to the description (guitar case)

Medium Martin strings are tough to beat for the price. Put them on my '82 Sigma Martin and it just sings. I like Elixers better because of the amount of string noise on slides, but these also cost only 30% of the Elixers. Great buy!

Love the product but the shipping was so slow from this company that I eventually made my way to a local music store and bought them because i got sick of waiting. The strings rock though.

These strings were absolutely terrible. When I was installing the strings on my guitar, the string unraveled (not snapped). I have had strings snap on me before, but unraveling shows the product is of poor quality.

I normally prefer to buy Elixir strings for my acoustic guitar (lasting so much longer with a bright tone) but these were available for a silly price (under £3 at the time) and so were great value. At their normal price (£7 ish), I'd stick to the Elixir. Update - quite impressed with the sound. Being a heavier gauge than my usual, I am impressed by that extra bit of volume they seem to achieve.

Got a very good deal from Amazon for 4 sets. They have a decent overall tone although a little heavy on the fingers.

Good strings, sounds rich and vibrant, it all goes though the longer you use them, i buy a new set every 3 months or so.
