Absolutely delighted with my purchase. The vacuum is easy to assemble, light and easy to carry up the stairs with a handle that shortens at the push of a button. The battery life is really good as well. The hand held model is also easy to assemble with a number of attachments and is brilliant for doing the stairs. Delighted with them both

Having had the self emptying shark I bought Xmas eve, that I had to send bk three times 🙄🤦🏻‍♀️ & having had shark for years prior.. in the end I paid a bit more and got this with the little one with it! Best choice iv made this year today as the shark was cutting out after two mins, this does all my hard floors carpets and rugs and clears up after three adults and four kids and a dog.. so I’m over the moon with it, light easy to use, charge and empty 👌🏻 perfect… I even got a 3d printed holder on eBay for 20 quid that holds both on the wall 👌🏻

They look good and feel good and even smell good ... there is no doubt about it... price to performance they are definitely overpriced unless you catch them on sale... But I love the brand and I owned the first series that with some small maintenance were really durable and lasting ... so I'm hoping that build quality will be the same with this set.

Sadly, it sat in the box until it arrived as when I tried to pick up the base it was incredibly heavy. I had gone onto GPT chat to ask for a suitable vacuum for someone suffering us with arthritis, especially in the hands and knees. This one was the one that was recommended however it really is too heavy although I realised that the handle is quite light is the base and I live in a tiny cottage as explained to GPT chat and there’s very little space to keep something this bulky my main problem being but it is too heavy for me to lift though it’s probably fine once assembled to vacuum the floor. It has to be a vacuum that I can pick up and Store easily GPT chat. Advised me incorrectly on this machine.

Good battery hoover but not cheap.

Very impressed with my previous gtech that I've had for 6 years so I've bought the updated version, these are light to handle with excellent suction, may be a bit more expensive but worth the money.

Our previous cordless was from another well known brand, we thought it was good but the G-tech Air-Ram is far better adapting to the different surfaces throughout. It doesn’t quite get into the corners and edges but having the Multi platinum resolves that issue plus it’s great for the stairs. The battery life is so good allowing me to vacuum the whole house and more on a single charge.

Updated model. Replaced for the original Gtech which i have had for 10+years really recommend this vacuum. And a good price compaired with other leading models.

I researched, waited to try to get best price, hemmed and hawed ... Then finally took the plunge. I am so glad I did! This is the best machine I've ever owned, and I will be buying again as gifts. I've used the vacuum several times daily since purchasing; they have quickly become favorites. Decent suction, easy maintenance and emptying of the dirt chamber. Powerful and relatively quiet. I replaced three corded vacuums with this set. The replaced machines still worked well (So I thought), but I was looking to replace three units with one, with the ease and portability of cordless. As many have done, when I received this vacuum I used the current vacuums, then the new machine. I will echo what has been said...I was surprised that the new machine picked up so much more dirt and pet hair. The battery life is outstanding. Just deplete fully before you recharge, and don't leave on charger. I am not an electrical engineer, but I've read this is key to ensuring long-life with batteries, esp. lithium. IMO, from years of using these tools I think it is valid ..I have some batteries still going strong after 8 years of use.

I bought this because the design seems to make more sense than the stick vacuums. I no longer use my stick vacuums. There's always something falling apart or breaking. And with this vacuum, there are no more clogs. The maneuverability is really cool, light, and smooth. You can drive it with one finger. It's kind of like a little race car. They both have a lot of power. The upright picks up three or four times more than the stick vacuums. I compared them, I vacuumed a room with a stick vacuum, picked up a small amount, and then ran the Platinum over the same carpet and picked up a lot more! The noise level is about what you would expect, the operation and the results makeup for it. The scented part of the cartridges is not as offensive as people claim. It only lingers as you're cleaning. I find it soothing. I also find the battery life on both to be better than they advertise. It takes me up to 20 minutes to vacuum my offices, I have never used more than a quarter of a battery. The battery standby is as expected. The charging time is spot on accurate. The assembly and operation and cleaning up the device are easy peasy. Oh yeah. They are cool looking, especially when charging! UPDATE - it's been 5 months now. I use it in an office setting, 12 small offices. Ask anyone I've always hated vacuuming. Now I actually look forward to it. The floral scent is noticeable after a couple of weeks, but it's just a small hint. It's so much better than the old dirty carpet smell. The only negative is that it's hard to find accessories and extra parts locally. I don't need them, but I like to plan ahead and have them handy. Customer service told me these are new models, and over time, replacement parts will become more available. I am cheap, but I took a gamble, and so far, it's paid off. The snow is coming, there will be salt. I'll use the stick vacuums for that.

AirRam Platinum upright: lightweight, good suction, powerful rotating brush, anti-hair wind feature was once reason for purchase. Time will tell on this after many uses. Stylish lines. Easy assembly and all parts easily removable to cleaning. Leaves nice pattern on carpet pile. Basically pleased with it. Multi-Platinum Handheld: good suction and powerful rotating brush very nice for using on stairsteps. Pleased with functionality. Downside for this unit is the scented filter which is not optional (wha-a-a-a-t!!!!). Very strong /and unpleasant to me. Smells up the whole house. Cannot operate without it in place. After several e-mails with different people at support, finally one told me to try soaking the filter to remove the scent oils. Also another model's compatible filter does not force the scent on you, so I could order one of those. Good to know. Currently trying to soak the scent out, but don't expect to totally get rid of it. Guess I'll have to pay for the compatible filter. If not for the scented filter, I would give 5-stars.

We’ve been very happy with our Gtech AirRAM Platinum. The suction is excellent, and I especially like how easy it is to grab and use without dealing with a cord. We live in a home of about 2,400 sq ft with a cat, and I’m allergic to cats, so I’m pretty serious about vacuuming and go over our floors thoroughly. Even with that, on one charge I can vacuum the entire first floor and about half of the upstairs. The battery has also held up very well and doesn’t seem to have lost much capacity over time. We recently had an issue with the front cover of the vacuum, which I suspect was from me repeatedly bumping it into things over time. I contacted Gtech, and their customer service was excellent and took great care of us.
