Best ab workout that you can do at home. I think most students should have this roller at home. Considering how small and effective this, I really like this. The knee pad is soft and hard enough that my knees don't ache as much I thought they would. The rubber roller makes the workout experience smooth and I don't need to worry about scratching or indenting the hardwood flooring. The handles are "grippy" and that is honestly really important for this because it allows you to roll further as you complete reps.Tips: When making a stride, make sure your butt sticks out to get effective workouts. Really works, love it, I use it everyday! 1-2 min in the morning and same in the evening.I have been struggling with lower back pain and limited motion due to muscle injury/strain - not disc related.I had so much pain and motion limitation such as getting up in bed (I would get up from the side not upfront) and trouble putting on y pants and socks/shoes that I went toa chiropractor.I think my problem originated from a habit of using a laptop in bed (felt comfortable at first) and other bad posture habits.The Chiro helped a little at first but after 3-4 more sessions I realized that it would not help and that I need to work on myself from within and find a way to strengthen my core muscles myself. I you tubed the wheel roller and decided to try it. I recommend to purchase this design as it provided more stability when rolling on it and it also looks more modern than the cheaper plastic one - don't bother with the $10 ones.I have been using this for a couple months for only 1-2 min every day while watching TV in the living room. best $20 dollars I have spent in a long time. The device was a little awkward and difficult to use. especially with my weak injured back muscles but after only a couple days I felt better than weeks of going to the Chiro. It also works on my abs and the feeling and results are significant. I hope that this can help you too if you have a similar situation or just want to strengthen muscles that are not easy to work on usually.update May 19. This item has two wheels and bearings in them. one of them has failed as the inner bearing has come out /broken. The concept and the effectiveness of this type of device is still valid but the reliability of this product is short term ( I am 5 10 and weigh 200 pounds)

There are a lot of low priced Ab Rollers this I think is one of the best. The ball bearings are great, makes it very smooth. The vinyl(?) wheel tread material is great if you are on a hard floor or hardwood and worry about scratching. Initially, I wasn't sold on two wheels, as I like the slightly more challenge of balancing on one wheel but this is so smooth, I now have no issue with the double wheels and if you have balance issues this is better than a single wheel. So far no issues, the foam grips are intact, etc. I have given 2 of these as gifts, my sister commented on how she appreciated the small knee pad. Assembly instructions weren't great but sort of par for the course. So works great, good price.

The ab wheel requires assembly but it was extremely easy to put together. The pieces consist of two handle bars and two large wheels. The entire thing feels super sturdy. The wheels actually remind me of giant roller blades wheels. The packaging also comes with a small knee mat so your knees don't hurt as you do your exercises. I found that ab exercises with this was really great.

Great idea but the handles fall out all the time. The plastic inserts that go over the metal shaft slide right off every time you pick up the roller vertically...

Unfortunately this broke right in half while using. I weigh 130 pounds so it wasn’t due to a weight limit. It was assembled correctly- the handle just snapped right off.

I bought a fancier model first with more ratings and returned it. This one is exactly what I was looking for.
