This stuff is good and gave a lot of improvement but you have a problem you really need Fen-Ben or Ivermectin.

I like the dosage. Very subtle and comfortable serving size. I tend to find myself overdoing it when it comes to bulk black walnuts. Be mindful that these ingredients aren't really kidney friendly, so you might want to be careful with your diet pre and post usage.
