The knife in the picture is not the forged premio. Is the knife being sold the forged premio or is it the knife pictured?

On the contrary, the photo is of the Forged Premio (12/19/2021). I own the knife and it’s outstanding for the price. And in response to another person’s answer, yes, it is indeed forged, not stamped.

Where is the J.A.Henckels International Forged Premio knife made?

I believe they are made in China, not Germany. They are still hot drop forged hammered steel, and quality controlled by Henckels - just not made in Germany. I bought one or two for a friend and they are quite good quality, with a proper bolster and a good balance. For this price point, I think they represent a good value for money for the home cook.

What is the edge angle of this knife?

I believe it's 15 per side. Call them to verify too if you like.
