Very poor warranty service, no accountability from seller
I purchased this product in May 2024 and it stopped working within the warranty period due to a PCB board issue. I contacted the seller for a repair, but they refused warranty coverage, claiming the damage was caused by "power fluctuation" at my home. However, they provided no diagnostic report, no voltage reading, no technician certification — just some photos.I requested a proper job sheet and denial certificate, but they refused to provide either unless I agreed to pay ₹29,000 for the repair. This is highly unprofessional and not how warranty claims should be handled.I escalated to Amazon, but the response was disappointing. I'm now forced to pursue this through the Consumer Complaints Portal.If you expect proper warranty support, I strongly suggest reconsidering this purchase. The seller avoids documentation and accountability.
