I couldn’t tell any difference between these and the fresh ones I usually use after roasting.
Così Com'è, Whole Yellow Datterini Tomatoes in Sea Water, (12.354 oz) 350 g,low-acid, No additives, no preservatives, 100 Natural, Non-GMO, Product of ItalyFirst impressions: Nice smallish jar of tomatoes. They look ripe and ready to eat. The lid is sealed and the expiration date is way out there.Installation/setup: Open and use in recipes or eat as is.Final thoughts: I used these in a meal I usually use fresh tomatoes with. I roasted them in my oven then added them to a cream cheese sauce on spaghetti noodles. I couldn’t tell any difference between these and the fresh ones I usually use. I tried one before cooking them and it tasted great, firm and with good texture and flavor. I like this and I’m glad I got it. The price is a bit high, about twice what you would pay for fresh, but they don't go bad if you have any delays before you can use them so I'm kinda ok with that.⭐️1 star - I don't recommend it at all, poor quality.⭐️⭐️ 2 stars - I don't recommend it, it has multiple faults, or a very high price.⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 stars - It's passable, It has some faults but the quality is ok for what it is.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 stars - Product quite acceptable, it does what it promises.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars - Product that I totally recommend.

Fun addition to seafood pasta!
Novel! Love these to have in a pinch, used one whole jar (easier/there's less than you think) for a seafood pasta dish and I think it was the perfect addition- slightly sweet and earthy, sour, salty, mostly some color and slight textural interest.Value for product is a bit steep for me to consider repurchase especially when compared to fresh cherry tomatoes but good panty "emergency" staple

Love these tomatoes
I loved these tomatoes. They were awesome in a quick pasta sauce. They are absolutely delicious. The skins are not tough at all, and they have a sweetness to them. They are expensive though for the small bottle that you get. So I likely won’t be able to enjoy stays again as they’re not in my budget.

Good Tomatoes, Feels Authentic
Had this little experience when I whipped up a pasta dish the other day. Was rummaging through my pantry and stumbled upon this jar of Whole Yellow Datterini Tomatoes I picked up on a whim. Man, they added a nice touch to my sauce. There's this certain freshness you can taste - felt like I had my own garden in Italy. My grandma used to use tomatoes like these in her cooking, and it kinda brought back some fond memories. The sea water adds a subtle hint, not too overpowering. Honestly, the no preservatives and all-natural bit sold me initially. If I had to nitpick, I'd say the price is a tad on the higher side. Would likely buy again, but maybe on special occasions or if there's a sale.

Pricey but delicious
These little tomato gems taste so fresh, and I love the tiny pop of salt they get from being packaged in seawater. I've tried both this variety and the variety that is just packed in plain water, and I did prefer these. Although both were excellent. They taste just like the freshest Italian cherry tomatoes you could find, sweet and juicy. The ones packed in plain water were almost perfect in appearance, the ones in the salty (slightly more translucent rather than transparent) seawater had a bit more breakage/leaking seeds. These are amazing to have on hand, especially if you live in an area where the tomato growing season is short and you want to have sweet juicy delicious cherry tomatoes all year round. They are a bit pricey, so it may end up being a bit more of a gourmet purchase for you. But either way you are sure to enjoy them!

Delicious!
Upon opening the jar, I immediately smelled the tomatoes. I couldn't wait to try them, my mouth was watering from their scent. We ate them on top of buttery crackers with a smoked cheddar and they were SOOOO good! I think they'd go well with many different cheeses, but what I'm looking for tomorrow to finish off the jar is chèvre and fresh mozzarella with balsamic vinegar. I'll update when I do.I think the water from the jar has sooo much flavor, it would be a great addition to the type of tomato soup that comes in a box, or a tomato sauce for pizza or spaghetti. It's recommended to use the jar within 3 days of opening. I reckon you could freeze the water if you intended to do something like that and you didn't have the time to make it within that timeframe.

3.5 stars if I could
This is a small jar of tomatoes in sea water. I used several in a salad replacing my typical red grape tomatoes. The tomatoes themselves are good. They are sweet with a bit of salt from the brine. They are soft, as opposed to popping in your mouth like a grape tomato might. My only real issue with these is value … I could get 2 to 3 pints of grape tomatoes instead and, I don’t think these are so good that they are worth the price difference. If you are someone that likes to try new foods for the sake of trying something you’ve never had before these might be worth the premium … they are good. However, if you are just looking for tomatoes there are better values out there.
