Do these come in clear lens with red LEDs?

hello sir, they come with red led chips and red lens

When i went from regular bulb to led the signal light wont blink

check your wiring because I went from a regular bulb to led on both tail light and the gate light and all the lights work fine.

I noticed these are dimly light while no lights are turned on. I put my reg bulbs back in and nothing. Cruise control no work caus it thinks lights on

You have a wiring issue, it is not the lights. I have these in a trailer and truck and they works great.
