Faulty product. did not even work the first time. I bought and sent it to my home country and it did not work. My return window closed and I could not even return it.

Great product, lasted a year, then I dropped it... I miss it

I bought this product and received on 16May 2024 in good conditions it was all good until yesterday 30th May 2024. When the charge is low , i plugged in to charge it for first time using the provided cable for 3 hrs it didn't worked then i charged it again with another cable still it didnt charge and now i cannot return the item and feel like the money invested is waste. Dont know wat to do no warranty no return ? ? This is follow up review-18th Oct 2024 based on the above comments i was contacted thru wats app from the customer care team asking abt the videos of this product and requested to use different cables for charging it but eventually failed.. then they said we will take care of it but the team sent me a new piece and to me its a surprise as i thought it was scam. I really appreciate the customer follow up and now i can recommend this as the charge holds upto 5 bottles of 5 gallons and it works well. Thanks to the team

It’s very neat & glossy . The buttons are so sleek and need a light touch to work. It’s not noisy like others I have tried. The water flow is nice & pretty fast. It charges with c type cord. Thanks for the product.

Its not working after less than I year, I prefer the cheaper one it last long 😒

After 6 month, i am amazed by the long battery, maybe i charge it every 1.5 month The good thing you can see how much water is poured from. One tiny detail, there is a small piece at the end of the hose, if you didn't put it properly it will fall into the botter and you will not be able to pump the water out. But other than that highly recommended product.
