Dehydration concentrates the natural flavor, sweetness and aromas of your food, leaving you with a flavor that's far healthier than high-fat snacks and high-sugar candies that are filled with chemical preservatives. Ideal for large families, large gardens, craftspeople and sportsmen, this dehydrator for jerky includes flexible polyscreen tray inserts that prevent food from sticking to the trays, a 7-inch fan, a built-in on/off switch, an adjustable thermostat and a convenient 26-hour timer. This Excalibur dehydrator with timer and temperature control allows you to cook food at lower drying temperatures, which increases the immunity boosting vitamin value of your favorite foods and keeps it boosted for up to 9 months when stored in an airtight container. When I installed it there is a gap on both sides towards the top and snug on the bottom** A: Those little gaps are normal anda dont affect how the oven works. **Q: how do i buy more of the mesh trays that it comes with?** A: You can buy them here: http://www.amazon.com/Excalibur-Polyscreen-Mesh-Inserts-Dehydtrators/dp/B01CRLS64G **Q: Are the sheets reusable or one time only thing?** A: There are two types of sheets that came with mine used in the dehydrator, one is similar to a screen with holes (one for each tray) and another that has a smooth surface to keep juice from draining down (as advertised with mine only one sheet came with the dehydrator) both types of sheets are reusable. **Q: is this model $200 more then the same with plastic door just because the door is glass?** A: My model has a plastic window and it is a problem. Glued it many times. I can’t answer for the seller, but glass would be preferable, based on my experience. I suspect glass would be costlier. ## Frequently Bought Together - Excalibur 3926TCDB Electric Food Dehydrator Machine with Clear Door, 26-Hour Timer, Automatic Shut Off and Temperature Control, 600 W, 9 Trays, Black - Silicone Dehydrator Sheets for 14" x 14" Trays, 6 Pcs Non-stick Silicone Tray Liner with Edge, Compatible with Excalibur Dehydrator, Reusable Square Dryer Mats for Fruits Meat Vegetables Herbs - Kispog 10 Pcs/Sets Silicone Dehydrator Sheets for Food Dehydrator & Freeze Dryer, 14x14 in --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.hu/products/56099257-excalibur-9-tray-dehydrator-with-clear-door-and-timer-3926tcdb](https://www.desertcart.hu/products/56099257-excalibur-9-tray-dehydrator-with-clear-door-and-timer-3926tcdb) --- *Product available on Desertcart Hungary* *Store origin: HU* *Last updated: 2026-10-04*
