The product not working
I have purchased a couple of products along with this as a gift to kids. Now it's so bad to hear from them that most products are not working. We are spending so much trusting the brand. Why is Amazon not taking care of the quality? My money is not returned or the product has been exchanged.

It would me much better off if it gives a option to erase only a specific part rather than whole of it.
