This picture quality is not great, and gives a fish eye appearance. The night vision is horrible. The grid lines can be removed by cutting a wire...and are slightly off for my comfort. For all the labor you would do to install, or money you would pay for someone else to install, I would recommend spending a few more dollars and get something with a higher quality resolution

The perception you get from this camera’s lense makes it really tough to judge depth. My wife’s second cheap home-installed rear view camera and absolute least favorite of the two.

Great value. Night camera works good. Actually a little too bright at night..but better too that way than the opposite.Daytime view is perfect. No complaints.I'd buy one again.*************UPDATE: 6/28.************** Changed star rating. Couple months old now.....Camera foggy...condensation gets inside....makes unusable.Had to send in for repair. Was easy to dissconnect from extention. Mine was unrreparable do they sent me a new one. New one seems clearer....bright at night...but not too bright like original. If it lasts few yrs I'll be happy.

Install these by the dozens on city government vehicles. Rarely a complaint or defect. Back for more now.

Very good quality for the money and easy to hook up

The picture quality is great but its missing the red wire to hookup to the receiver trigger wire so I have to manually switch inputs to view the backup camera. I will run a separate wire but every other backup camera on the market has a wire for the trigger function on the stereo.
